Pricing

All prices listed on the Brandhouse site are in New Zealand dollars (NZD$) and include GST (15% sales tax). All prices are correct at time of publication; however we reserve the right to alter prices for any reason. If this should happen after you have ordered a product, we will contact you prior to processing your order.

We reserve the right to withdraw any product from sale without notice, for any reason. However for various reasons, that product might still appear on our website for a period of time after that withdrawal. We make no undertaking that a product shown on this website will be available for purchase online or through our agents.

Payment processing

When an order is submitted your card will be debited. All items on your order will prepared for despatch to your nominated shipping address. If we cannot supply the items requested we will then process a refund to the value of the non-supplied items. An email confirmation of the refund will be sent to your email address supplied on the initiating order.

All payments are processed in New Zealand Dollars.

The business name that will appear on your statement following any purchases through the site will be shown as Brandhouse

The card issuer controls the timing of returned funds. Please contact your card issuer for details.

Delivery

Brandhouse delivers nationwide within New Zealand.
Delivery Targets are;
South Island: 1 – 2 Business Days
North Island: 2 – 3 Business Days
Please allow an additional day for Rural delivery.

Direct purchases from website are NZ only. All international enquiries via email.

All customers are subject to approval pending age verification (Drivers Licence/Passport/18+ Card)
No deliveries will be undertaken until proof of age is verified.

Return Policy

Faulty or incorrect goods will be replaced as required provided contact regarding the issue is made within 7 days of purchase.
A re-stocking fee may be applied for change of mind returns.
Additional postage and packaging fees may also apply.

We use Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) to provide the most secure payment system available. DPS is one of New Zealand’s leading online payment solutions using their new generation Payment Express system.

Our website uses the industry standard security protocol Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. All orders are processed through a secure checkout system interfaced with DPS that encodes sensitive information like your credit card number when it passes through the internet.
