Medoff
The secret of Medoff ís exceptional softness has been kept for decades by family-owned English distilleries. Back in 1902, in England, the first experimental blend of vodka purified with honey was created. Today, we have implemented the mystery of this special vodka taste in the recipe of Medoff vodka. The patented Honey Rain filtration technology creates the softness of
Medoff classic vodka. The taste ripens under effect of micro-particles of honey, which is considered the best natural  filter. The Honey Rain filtration principle naturally rids the vodka blend of harmful and unacceptable components. Additional purification, based on a 10- stage filtering system, delivers the crystal clear and incredibly soft alcoholic beverage.

yacht club

Yacht Club
Yacht Club Vodka starts with wheat milled into flour at a gristmill in the Northeastern region of France. Gluten is removed from the flour by adding water and kneading the dough to create a gluten-free base. The dough is dried, ground, fermented and then distilled The removal of gluten makes the alcohol lighter in taste since there are less congeners (impurities) during the fermentation and distillation process. The alcohol is distilled five times and filtered through charcoal columns. Spring water sourced from the French Alps is filtered to 0.45 microns and added to the base alcohol. The result is a light, crisp tasting, gluten-free vodka, with a hint of Elderflower at the finish.
Perfect on the rocks or in your favourite cocktail.

Vaione Gin
Locally produced in New Zealand at our factory in Onehunga, Auckland. It is a properly produced spirit, clean, fresh, well balanced with a unique zesty citrus taste. Our distillation process infuses 100% neutral spirit with premium botanicals, by running the spirit through a single column reflux still and infusing the vapour with the richbotanical flavours before the spirit gets condensed at the top of the column and returns to its liquid form. The process of producing Vaione Gin has been a real labour of love. Because of the tightly held ìrecipesî and secrets of the methodology of Gin manufacture, it has taken John and Anthony more than a decade of pain staking development to perfect the techniques and the ratios of botanicals.
The Taste, This is a unique small batch distilled Gin. With a unique citrus taste, and a unique history, originating in the Pacific Islands. The overall taste is not initially as dry as London Dry Gin. There is a high level of citrus from our distillation process with no added flavours. It is fuller in the mouth than most Dry Gins, right to the last drop. Excellent balance with a dollop of Juniper and Angelic dryness at the finish. Truly a Gin that can
be enjoyed by Traditional Gin Drinkers and new Gin drinkers who are after unique refreshing tastes.
